Students & Universities

Student and PhD life is very exciting and in the same time it can be very stressful, making you feel under a lot of pressure. Also, at the end of the studies, when starting to look for jobs, it is many times quite a stressful and confusing moment. Parents & Teachers

We offer mindfulness classes and coaching sessions for parents, teachers, children and teens. We train teachers how to teach mindfulness to their students and we teach parents how to interact mindfully with their children. This requires from both teachers and parents to lead a mindful life which is benefiting their children and students and themselves. We come as well into the classrooms or in different groups or out-of-the-school classes and we teach children and teens mindfulness: mindful moving, mindful breathing, mindful sitting, mindful speaking and mindful listening.

All the services are part of this program that we call “A Drop in the Ocean”. We know that what we can do is just a drop in the ocean of humanity, and yet the ocean if formed out of infinite individual drops.
