Coaching Presence – Cultivating Mindfulness, Emotional Balance and Compassion for Coaches addresses all coaches who are interested in increasing the quality of their coaching practice and the quality of their own life. The course is structured in 4 modules, each module building on the previous one. With some concepts and practices, we work from different perspectives, in order to better understand them and ease the integration and embodiment.
Module 1 – Cultivating Mindfulness – Awareness, Presence and Self-Regulation – 8 weeks (25h)
