There is too much stress in your life, too many challenges, maybe anxiety, or even you have difficulties with your focus or sleep? You heard that mindfulness might help but you have no idea how, why or where? You would like to find out how to practice and if it’s something for you?
International Community together with Carmen Manea and CM-CAMP are inviting you to a mindfulness workshop where you will learn about one of the strongest mindfulness programs that are taught in the world since 1979: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Participants in this program have been part of a large number of scientific studies and the results have shown that after only 8 weeks of MBSR they registered many positive effects as neuroplasticity, reduced stress, anxiety, fear, improved overall health, focus, attention, and relationships with self and others.
You will be introduced and experience some formal and informal practices used in the MBSR program and you will learn more about how you can start your mindfulness practice and your mindfulness way of living.
